Hi, I'm Erica.
I started Summit because I was tired of cleaning services that didn't listen. I'd explain what mattered to me, like vacuuming the couch and floors thoroughly because my dog sheds nonstop. It never quite stuck. There was always someone new at the door, and no one ever learned how I actually like things done.
I knew there was a better way, because service is something I've done my entire life. I grew up working in my family's pizza shops, put myself through college in restaurants, and have spent my career building and scaling the customer-facing side of tech companies. Taking care of people is what I know how to do, and I hold myself and my team to a high standard.
